Job Opportunity: Customer Support Representative/Account Representative-Sr

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Rate: $18-19.16/hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Client Support Service Professional to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to delivering world-class support. Candidates should possess either a college degree or previous contact center experience .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound phone calls related to Brokerage accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide support for Brokerage Cash Management products, online platforms, and mobile applications.
  • Respond to general account and financial inquiries while maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Consistently meet department performance metrics and quality benchmarks.
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Adapt to change and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR prior experience in a contact center/customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in financial services or brokerage is a plus.

  • Strong computer proficiency including navigating web platforms and Microsoft Office.
