Are you an experienced Data Analyst with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to work at their company in CA(Hybrid).

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and business users across the strategy organization to understand their data needs and expectations, and to deliver solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and insights.
• Lead design, analysis, and interpretation of various data sources to meet product data strategy goals.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in data analysis and reporting, such as SQL, SAS, and Python and working knowledge of Tableau for creating actionable reports.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to deliver solutions that meet business objectives and requirements.

Preferred:

• Proficiency and experience in healthcare data analytics.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing, margin of error, and confidence intervals.
• Experience with GenAI/LLM models, including using NLP techniques.
