Currently we are looking for Data Business Analyst with experience in P&C Client, Compliance reporting, Worker compensation for the location Bluebell PA.

Domain Expertise: Demonstrated deep understanding of workers' compensation and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance principles and practices is essential.
Compliance Reporting: Proven expertise in developing and implementing compliance reporting mechanisms for both insurance carriers and unbundled carriers is a core requirement.
Claim Operations Knowledge: Must possess familiarity with claim operations and the associated data requirements to effectively support related initiatives.
Data Analysis & Requirements Translation: Ability to translate the data needs of TPAs and Carriers into IT technical requirements for the development team is critical.
Data Oversight: Experience in managing and overseeing data requirements and analysis for Third-Party Administrator (TPA) clients and unbundled carriers , ensuring accuracy and compliance.
IT Collaboration: Must be proficient in working closely with IT teams to leverage technology for data management and infrastructure enhancements.
Client Relationship Management: Ability to function as a liaison between the organization and TPA clients , understanding their data needs and fostering strong relationships.
