Data Center Construction Manager *****

Key Responsibilities

🛠️ Project Leadership

• Own the full lifecycle of construction projects (planning, execution, closeout).
• Lead teams and vendors to deliver high-quality data center builds.

💰 Budget & Financial Oversight

• Monitor and manage project budgets.
• Handle financial controls like PERs, PSRs, change orders, and pay applications.

🔄 Change Management

• Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements.
• Ensure new workflows are followed to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

🤝 Stakeholder Coordination

• Attend and advise in meetings with owners, architects, and contractors.
• Align project goals with business processes and program milestones.

📦 Procurement & Resource Management

• Oversee procurement of materials and staffing.
• Ensure timely delivery of resources within budget forecasts.

📊 Project Execution

• Deliver new builds and retrofits for data center campuses.
• Analyze technical info and support campus teams with goal-setting and performance tracking.

🧠 Technical Expertise

• Review engineering designs and site plans.
• Identify risks and recommend solutions to improve constructability.
• Ensure alignment with company standards and execution procedures.

Ideal Candidate

• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong with back-office tasks (budgets, change orders, documentation).
• Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and driving results.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field 12+ years related experience Construction Management experience managing large scale capital projects. Data Center Construction Management experience working for a general contractor or hyperscale provider. MEP Experience
