Pay Range: $17 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Hours are M-F 7 anytime between 7:30-9a, regular 8 hours days.
• Responsible for handling, sorting, and distributing incoming mail for Property Tax Department. - Accurate and timely input of source data into computer systems.
• Performs a variety of data entry duties

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Data Entry
• Excel, Vlookup, Pivot Tables
• mailroom or clerical setting
• Clerical Skills with attention to detail, organization, and alphabetizing.
• Data entry quickly and accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills both in person and on phone.
• Basic computer and data entry skills. Excel, Vlookup, Pivot Tables, etc.
• Experience in mailroom or clerical setting (preferred but not required).
