Position Overview

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist passionate about driving and generating high-quality leads to help DentiMax, Inc. grow! In this role, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and implementing effective lead generation strategies with a focus on Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing. You will work closely with the Marketing Director, current marketing team, Vice President of Sales, President of Sales, and others. If you are data-driven, results-driven, and willing to experiment with new strategies to drive lead generation, product/brand awareness, and overall marketing efforts, this role is for you. This is not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page SEO to improve organic rankings.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to align SEO and content marketing efforts.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, Google Ads, and SEO.
  • Use marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture and manage leads.
  • Track website performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads.
  • Experience with managing large PPC budgets.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and link-building strategies.
  • Experience with social media advertising.

Skills

  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate with the sales and marketing team.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus but not required.
