This position is rotation of mornings and afternoons pending the business needs. Will need to be able to cook, serve, dishwash, any thing that pertains to running a great team with strong leadership skills. Will need to know how to perform inventory monthly, write schedules weekly, and maintain health inspection ready kitchens daily.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and guide a team towards the goals of the dining department. Extensive cooking experience and experience leading a team are required.
