About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Fulfillment to lead our national distribution operations. This executive will be responsible for end-to-end fulfillment performance, including safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high-volume fulfillment/distribution operation with 100+ employees.
• Set operational strategy, budgets, and annual goals; deliver on key KPIs.
• Drive labor planning, forecasting, and workforce optimization.
• Implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Oversee shipping, receiving, vendor relationships, and facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DEA, EPA, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
• Develop and mentor a strong leadership bench at the supervisor and manager levels.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, IT, and Customer Success to align fulfillment with company goals.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in fulfillment/distribution leadership with teams of 50–100+ employees.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Experience in high-volume distribution or fulfillment center leadership.
• Proven success in labor planning, process optimization, and building high-performing teams.

Beneficial Qualifications

• Warehouse Management Systems experience.
• NetSuite ERP experience.
• Exposure to conveyance or automation systems.
• Lean/Six Sigma credentials (Green Belt minimum; Black Belt preferred).
