Job Description:

  1. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of U.S. retail stores, including setting sales goals, optimizing store performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Maintain high standards across all locations in terms of store aesthetics, service, and operational efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing department to drive store visibility and brand awareness. Ensure all in-store touchpoints align with brand messaging, supporting a cohesive customer experience across all channels.
  3. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  4. Oversee the development and optimization of an omni-channel retail strategy, integrating innovative retail technology and solutions to bridge online and offline customer journeys seamlessly.

Job Requirements:

  1. Strong understanding of the American retail landscape, including regional nuances, consumer trends, and competitive dynamics. Ability to identify emerging trends and leverage consumer insights to enhance customer experiences.
  2. Experience with 0-to-1 projects, particularly in scaling new ventures or launching new stores. Proven track record in pioneering successful growth initiatives in a retail environment.
  3. Ability to independently develop and explore new markets, with an established network of regional clients and resources. Strong ability to negotiate and handle business discussions.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing multi-location teams to maintain a unified, high-performing culture.
  5. Excellent negotiation skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to handle complex business discussions. High level of business acumen with a focus on long-term profitability and growth.
