Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Jessup area of Maryland for a Dispatcher at Bay Ready Mix of Maryland, LLC. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling deliveries, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations
• Experience with dispatching software and systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
