Job Description
Maintain and manage company documentation systems
Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation standards
Support teams with document organization and archiving
Coordinate document reviews and updates
Assist in maintaining data security and confidentiality

• Knowledge of industry best practices

Experience with document control systems preferred
The need for a candidate who is computer-savvy, possesses strong attention to detail, and understands databases and computer skills. A background in regulatory environments, such as pharmaceuticals or diagnostics, would be a plus, as it helps with understanding documentation and regulatory aspects.
