Location: Austin, Texas

Type: Hybrid - 2 days a week in office (Monday/Wednesday)

The Role:  

We’re looking for an Ecommerce Associate to support continued growth in the US market by optimizing our website to drive conversions, executing promotional campaigns, and supporting growth initiatives. This role will report to the Director of E-commerce & Marketing. 

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills, a creative marketing eye, and a strong capability to manage projects cross-functionally. 

This roles is located in Austin, Texas. We meet at WeWork 2 days per week (Mon/Wed), and the All-Access WeWork membership provides entry to any global location whenever you choose if you like to get out of the house on WFH days. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

  • Oversee product catalog management, ensuring accurate SKU data and listings across internal systems and platforms like Shopify and Amazon. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, pricing and inventory management, to ensure alignment on product offerings, promotions, and inventory availability 

 

Website Management:  

  • Merchandise new products and update existing product pages 
  • Update website content to convert traffic including managing home page, creating landing pages, and optimizing product placement 
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure accurate promotion setup 
  • Implement A/B testing to continuously improve website elements and conversion rates 
  • Address technical issues, optimize site performance, and implement improvements to site navigation and layout. 
  • Coordinate with web developers to optimize site performance, load times, responsiveness, etc. 

 

Campaign Management:  

  • Maintain cross channel promotional calendar to using share internally and with agencies 
  • Manage Click Up workflows for cross channel promotions
  • Share campaign assets internal and external partners
  • Manage with affiliate marketing campaigns with support of external agency 
  • Manage promotional pricing and discount codes to align with sales objectives 

 

Research and Reporting

  • Continuously evaluate and improve e-commerce website to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Create and present reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights 
  • Support with market research and ad hoc data analysis as needed

 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, e-commerce, marketing or related field. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in DTC e-commerce with consumer goods and lifestyle brands 
  • 1+ years experience in an e-commerce platform like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc. 
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, resourceful mindset. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
