Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to help further growth in their Lexington office.
Responsibilities - Oversee multiple electrical construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement coordination.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, safety standards, and quality specifications.
- Collaborate with superintendents and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and cost efficiency.
- Manage documentation, billing, forecasting, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure successful project close-out.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; electrical apprenticeship preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years in electrical project management; 5+ years in supervisory roles preferred.
- Experience with large-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects.
- Estimating experience is a plus.
Benefits Salary: $90,000-$150,000
