Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead various construction projects in the commercial and biotech sectors. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing commercial and biotech construction projects, especially in mid-rise and high-rise buildings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and requirements in construction projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is preferred.
