Job Description

HCA Florida Blake Hospital is seeking full-time physicians to become part of the practice at HCA Florida South Bradenton Emergency Free Standing Emergency Room, set to open Summer, 2024.

• 11,500 square foot facility will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week
• Expected to serve over 10,000 patients annually
• 24 hour physician coverage
• The Facility will feature 12 exams rooms
• Meditech P-doc EMR & M-Modal Dictation
• State of the art imaging, including CT, Ultrasound, and Radiology
• Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus with seamless care handoff to our excellent intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists.

• Qualified Candidates: Must be board certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine

Facility Information:

Serving as the Main Facility to South Bradenton Emergency, HCA Florida Blake Hospital has served the healthcare needs of Manatee County for more than 40 years. Blake is a 383-bed, Level II tertiary hospital offering a wide range of services including the area's only Trauma Center, 24-hour emergency care, open-heart surgery, cancer care, joint replacement and inpatient rehabilitation. Blake has been named a Top 100 Hospital 9 times by Solucient.
