End-to-End Unit Leader (Quality, Safety, Maintenace) YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Foster collaboration in a flat network of autonomous entrepreneurial teams called squads. Support Unit and Squad's focus on mission to deliver beneficial outcomes for all team members, customers, and stakeholders. Support the co-creation of value by flowing resources and expertise to support the development and delivery of the best product and customer experience. Inspire the development, exploration, and execution of creative ideas in rapid cycles (90 Day) Show up as your whole authentic self in creative mindset every day, focused on the success of all customers, stakeholders, and individuals within the team. Support squads needs to run daily production activities, enable them to execute daily production schedule to deliver the best product customer expertise. Be an escalation point for tasks and projects prioritization, problem solving continuous improvement, conflict resolution, displaying VACC behaviors and prioritizing the squad's self-organization first. Optimize squad members' performance and development through empowerment and DSO principles, displaying VACC behaviors, coaching, feedback, discipline. Sponsor onePSS experts outside of the Unit as well. Work closely with other Unit Leads on and off site to ensure that the unit is receiving the support/resources they need to be successful. (UnitGotos, engineers, advisors, etc.). Promote fluid talent and resource unitization within the Unit, being outcome oriented. Ensure Unit compliance while empowering the squads as much as possible. Models VACC behaviors; Facilitating, the co-creation of a shared vision and higher purpose that resonate with customers (V)-designing, evolving and integrating the way we work, (A); Acting a an active multiple of change, removing obstacles and connecting different part of the system. Help employees develop capabilities and mindsets to thrive and foster inclusion and empowerment. Monitor site P&L and aid teams as they ensure balance and alignment working WHO YOU ARE Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required qualifications BS in agriculture, engineering disciplines, Supply Chain Management or similar degree and a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience. Or High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years of applicable experience Valid drivers' license Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons or when business needs require it (up 24-hour on-call availability) Preferred qualifications 5+ years' experience in managing and developing teams Leadership experience in management 4+ Quality, Planning, Distribution Logistics, Finance, Stewardship, Engineering, Enablement, HR, SSHE, IT/Automation, Strategy, Government Affairs, Legal, Sales, Local Community Basic user knowledge of standard computer programs (Internet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, tablets/smart devices) WHAT WE OFFER Base salary estimated range between $100,880.00 - $151,320.00 annually, depending on the hiring location. You may also be offered bonuses, RSUs cash equivalent, or commission.
