Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is [$85,000 - $120,000] per year , depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. The salary range provided is in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Enterprise Archive Analyst MediQuant DataArk . This is a Full-Time role based remotely in the U.S. The primary purpose of this position is to manage and optimize healthcare data within the MediQuant DataArk platform, for a Healthcare provider. The role involves preparing and mapping data for archival, ensuring data integrity, working with clients through complex archiving workflows, and building integrations and customizations tailored to specific healthcare environments.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• Experience with data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Proficiency in database management systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data types, clinical workflows, and regulatory considerations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Analytical skills to assess data quality, identify patterns, and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven project management experience in data archiving or healthcare IT implementations.

What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)

• Data Preparation and Loading: Prepare, map, and load healthcare data into the MediQuant DataArk platform.
• Data Validation: Ensure accuracy and completeness of archived data through rigorous validation methods.
• Integration and Customization: Develop and implement system integrations and platform customizations based on client requirements.
• Client Collaboration: Partner with clients throughout the archiving process, offering strategic support and technical guidance.
• Data Lifecycle Management: Support decisions on active, static, and decommissioned data retention.
• System Navigation: Work within complex, multi-system healthcare environments, understanding data structures and relationships.
• Referential Matching: Apply referential matching to ensure consistency across disparate healthcare systems.
