Company Description

At Harvest Events, we believe in the power of connection and community. Our mission is to empower non-profit organizations by crafting memorable, impactful events that resonate with their vision and engage their supporters. Specializing in small-scale events, we partner with non-profits to bring their aspirations to life, whether it's a fundraising gala, community outreach program, or volunteer appreciation gathering. Our dedicated team of event professionals is passionate about creativity and effective execution, ensuring each event not only meets but exceeds expectations.

We’re searching for an Events Assistant who enjoys working directly with people, thrives in a team setting, and is motivated by mission-driven work. If you’re looking to gain real-world experience in face-to-face marketing, sales, and public engagement, then this is the place to start.

About the Role

As an Events Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the planning and delivery of community events. You’ll help bring nonprofit campaigns to life by coordinating event logistics, managing outreach, and ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll also interact directly with the public, representing our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, outgoing, and eager to learn the ins and outs of events, sales, and face-to-face marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in organizing and executing local events that raise awareness for nonprofit causes.
  • Engage with attendees to share information, answer questions, and encourage participation.
  • Work collaboratively with teams on face-to-face marketing events to meet campaign goals.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve event flow and engagement.
  • Track participation and provide feedback to help strengthen future events.

You’ll Succeed If You Have
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A friendly, approachable personality and professional demeanor.
  • Reliability and attention to detail.
  • A desire to grow your experience in sales, face-to-face marketing, and mentorship
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn through hands-on work.
