Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: $70,000 - 80,000/yr (experience based)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
  • Performance Related Bonuses
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $90,000/year

Role Overview

As an Executive Administrative Assistant at CVG Home Buyers, you will provide direct support to our Executive Team and oversee the day-to-day management of office operations.

You’ll play a vital role in keeping our organization running efficiently behind the scenes — managing administrative functions, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting company initiatives.

This position requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and professionalism are essential, as you’ll often interact with both internal staff and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and schedules for the Executive Team.
  • Maintain organized files and records to ensure easy access to information.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to executives.
  • Manage and assist in various company projects and initiatives, collaborating across departments as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Screen and prioritize communications, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Support data entry, invoice payments, and utility transfers across multiple properties.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility organization.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with event planning.
  • Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative support or office management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in both individual and team work.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Ambitious, growth-minded professional eager to thrive in a demanding yet rewarding environment
