Job Description

JM Eagle , the world’s largest manufacturer of plastic pipe, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to a team of 4–5 managers across our Sales and Marketing departments.

This position is critical in ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently and projects stay on track. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Manager Support

  • Provide daily administrative support to 4–5 sales and marketing managers
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics
  • Prepare, proofread, and finalize reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Organize team meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and vendor communications
  • Maintain confidentiality while exercising sound judgment

Project & Team Coordination

  • Support planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal projects
  • Monitor deadlines, track progress, and report updates to key stakeholders
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Assist with scheduling, communications, and documentation across teams

Sales & Marketing Operations

  • Assist with preparation for trade shows, sales meetings, and client presentations
  • Help manage event logistics, registrations, and post-event communications
  • Maintain digital marketing files, assets, and CRM/contact data
  • Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of executive or administrative support experience, preferably in a sales/marketing environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and adjust to changing needs
  • Discreet and dependable when working with confidential information
