Now Hiring: Executive Assistant to the CEO | Onsite in Paterson, NJ

LBU Inc., a go-to partner for cut & sewn promotional products, is expanding its team. We help brands enhance their image and create memorable merchandise through creativity, quality, and customization.

We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that offers exposure to all areas of the business—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and daily priorities for the CEO
  • Coordinate communication across Sales, Operations, and Production teams
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive projects with professionalism
  • Support reporting, presentations, and company initiatives
  • Represent the CEO and LBU brand with integrity and strong communication

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in senior administrative support
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional, flexible, and collaborative mindset

Details:

  • Location: Onsite in Paterson, NJ
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • Salary: $55,000–$60,000 (based on experience)
  • Benefits: 401(k) with matching, health, dental, vision, and paid time off
