Job Title:Faculty Affairs Coordinator

Department:Medicine | IM Medical Oncology

The Medical Oncology division is seeking a Faculty Affairs & Recruitment Coordinator to support faculty recruitment and key administrative functions as the division continues to grow. This role will assist with candidate visits, onboarding, and faculty affairs activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate faculty recruitment visits (travel, agendas, candidate communication).
• Support Promotion & Tenure and annual review processes.
• Manage onboarding for new faculty hires.
• Organize Visiting Professor Lectures and Grand Rounds.
• Provide administrative support for division leadership and special projects.
