About the Role:

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. This position is ideal for an attorney with prior experience in family law , though we are open to candidates with a strong background as a paralegal transitioning into an attorney role. Candidates with local Bay Area experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and respond to declarations, discovery requests, and preliminary declarations of disclosure
• Assist with motion practice, depositions, and legal research
• Handle matters involving high-conflict custody disputes (a plus)
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on family law matters
• Work both independently and collaboratively to manage caseloads efficiently

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar admission required
• Family law experience is a must
• Strong experience in motions, depositions, and case strategy
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in high-conflict custody disputes is a plus
