Family Law Litigation Attorney

Our client is seeking an experienced Family Law Litigation Attorney to join their prestigious client's team. This position necessitates an experienced legal expert skilled in maneuvering through the intricacies of family law. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the dynamics within a legal practice and the capability to efficiently manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Focus:

• Oversee and direct all aspects of family law litigation, ensuring comprehensive legal strategies are employed.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team including paralegals, legal secretaries, legal assistants, and billing department staff to drive case progression and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain responsibility for the full lifecycle of case management, from initiation through resolution, aligning legal processes with client objectives.
• Ensure all legal proceedings are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards of the legal profession.

Skill Set:

• Minimum of 12 years of direct experience in family law litigation, demonstrating a track record of successful case management and outcomes.
• Demonstrated capacity to guide and oversee a diverse team, fostering seamless teamwork and optimizing performance throughout all phases of legal proceedings.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to handle high caseloads and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of negotiating and influencing outcomes while maintaining sensitivity to confidential matters.
• Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school.
• Mandatory licensure to practice law in the pertinent state(s) is required
