Job Description

We are seeking a Field Integration Technician to support Denver Field Operations and Switch Operations . This role requires a hands-on wireless field tech with strong experience working on Nokia Flexi/AirScale platforms , including commissioning, troubleshooting, and performing upgrades on 3G/4G/5G networks . You’ll work on-site in varied conditions and environments to help ensure seamless network performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform site upgrades and integrations using Nokia BTS Manager
• Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Nokia AirScale and Flexi products
• Identify sites needing upgrades, dispatch, perform upgrade, and complete documentation
• Support disaster recovery efforts and data services as needed
• Maintain documentation, reports, and perform basic administrative tasks
• Collaborate with switch and field operations teams to ensure network stability

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on field wireless experience
• Strong experience with Nokia AirScale and Flexi commissioning and maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in 3G, 4G, and 5G wireless systems
• Experience with Nokia BTS Manager
• Basic understanding of network design, capacity planning, and power systems (AC/DC and grounding)

Soft Skills & Tools:

• Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and outdoors in various conditions
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Background:

• Prior experience in field network integration or upgrade projects
• Exposure to disaster recovery, signaling, or location-based services
• Background in radio access networks (RAN) and backhaul technologies
