LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform start-ups and commissioning of industrial pressure vessels and boilers at customer locations nationwide and abroad.
  • Troubleshoot, program, and optimize PLCs (preferably with RS Logix500), HMIs, and combustion systems.
  • Conduct operational testing and calibration of burners and fuel/air ratios using advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Provide expert support to customers and field technicians, both onsite and remotely.
  • Document technical procedures and contribute to instruction manuals for end-users.
  • Maintain clear communication through trip reports and technical documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a plus.
  • 4+ years in field service experience, with strong PLC troubleshooting and programming skills.
  • Hands-on expertise with pressure vessels, boilers, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and combustion analyzers.
  • Experience setting up Siemens LMV5 systems.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%), including occasional international assignments.

Compensation Range: $38/hr - $42/hr
