Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install Industrial Machinery at customer's sites.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks to ensure peak performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Generate accurate service and parts quotes.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and control logic.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience (technical certifications preferred) AS or BS in Engineering related field a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn SAP systems.
• Travel is estimated at 60% - most travel is Tues - Thurs with office days on Mon & Fri
