Must Haves:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Former Fighter Pilot
- Must meet basic requirements of an Event Controller SME
- Must know how to use simulation software applications
- Must understand basic AFTTP 3-1 TTPs and Joint Warfare Publications
- Experience in running or planning in an active mission planning cell
- Qualified or previously qualified mission commander, section lead, or equivalent
- Experience in creating and disseminating CONOPS and Products IAW current Air Force or DoD Styles.

This person will join a team providing high-value engineering and technology solutions for multi-domain training, creating realistic lived and synthetic training environment that provide real-world mission rehearsal support. The Mission Planner will help support the mission by using prior hands-on experience and skills as a former fighter pilot to help train and run simulators for future pilots.
