StevenDouglas is currently recruiting for a multi-unit retailer located in Broward County

Our client is looking for a Strong hands on Senior Analyst ready to move into the Manager role.

The main requirements (Not negotiable) are:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting or related fields
• 4+ years of corporate FP&A
• 2+ years’ experience tracking and analyzing key multi-location retail finance KPIs.
• Open to 5 days on site

Job Description:

• KPI Development & Monitoring: Create and manage dashboards tracking key metrics like same-store sales, labor efficiency, and EBITDA by location to inform decision-making.
• Strategic Support: Partner with operations, marketing, and real estate teams to evaluate new store openings, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies using financial models.
• Financial Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts at both the corporate and store levels, incorporating sales, labor, COGS, and overhead.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze store-level P&L statements to identify trends, variances, and opportunities to improve profitability across locations.
• Assist in the development of board decks, investor updates, and strategic finance materials
