Role Description

We are seeking one or two individuals for a part-time or internship position to manage and grow our online presence. This role requires a strong passion for finance , particularly ETFs, and the ability to create engaging content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with our COO and Chief Compliance Officer , as well as collaborate with CBOE on video scripts and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn and X (Twitter) to enhance engagement and brand awareness.
• Content Creation: Write blog posts on ETFs and market trends for our website, ensuring high-quality and insightful finance-related articles.
• Video & Media Collaboration: Assist in developing scripts for videos in partnership with CBOE and other stakeholders.
• Strategic Outreach: Identify and connect with YouTubers and influencers in the finance/ETF space to explore potential interview opportunities.
• Marketing Support: Contribute to the marketing efforts for our ETF, including targeted outreach to financial communities.
• Research & Industry Awareness: Stay up to date on ETF market trends and propose new content ideas that align with industry developments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong writing and communication skills , with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into digestible content.
• Background in Finance, Economics, Investments, or a related field (or a strong passion for the industry).
• Experience with social media management and basic analytics.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members.
• Highly organized and proactive , with a knack for coming up with creative content ideas.
• Familiarity with ETF financial regulations (40 Act) and compliance is a plus.
• Series 7 certification is a plus but not required .
