Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing real estate investment team. This role will focus on financial modeling, acquisitions analysis, and ongoing management of retail property assets. The ideal candidate will combine strong quantitative skills with an understanding of commercial real estate and investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze potential retail property acquisitions, including financial modeling, market research, and due diligence support.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for leadership and investment committees.
• Monitor and report on financial performance of existing retail assets, identifying trends and recommending optimization strategies.
• Assist in lease analysis, rent roll reviews, and property-level forecasting.
• Support budgeting and reforecasting processes for the retail portfolio.
• Partner with accounting, operations, and property management teams to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
• Track capital expenditures, ROI metrics, and variance analyses.
• Contribute to long-term portfolio planning and scenario modeling for acquisitions, dispositions, and redevelopment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, or real estate finance, ideally in the retail property sector.
• Strong Excel modeling skills; proficiency with Argus or similar real estate analysis software preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and business partnership skills.
