Job Description

Modern Woodmen of America as a company

Since 1883, we've been focused on securing futures with financial guidance and products to help members protect their families and their futures.

By providing our products and services we are able to fund member benefits and social, educational, and volunteer programs that identify and meet local needs. As a fraternal organization, we aren't scared to get messy. We paint park benches, serve meals to those in need and play in dodgeball tournaments; all to raise funds and support our community. Our team here in the Greater Dallas/East Texas Metroplex area supports growth professionally and personally.

North Central Texas Region Values and Mission Statement

In our local region covering Cooke, Denton, Collin, Dallas, Ellis counties and further east, we believe our ideal employee embodies and believes in the following ideals:

Devoted Team-Player : The success of the team is the most important; Senior representatives assist new ones, and we encourage team-advising with clients.

Relationship Minded: We manage relationships, not assets. If your clients and members become close confidants and feel the care you have for them and their family or business, they become clients for life.

Valued Citizen: Our fraternalism and community-service is unmatched in the industry. Above all of this, we develop our representatives to become community pillars. Demographically and geographically, our representatives are seen as people who can be counted on and called on in times of need or leadership.

All of this culminates in our mission statement of " Impacting through Relationships."

What you can expect to do as a Financial Services Summer Intern:
