• Our Lead Craftsman is retiring January 1st 2026. He Started with us May of 2008. His 17 1/2 years of service is very much appreciated and he will be missed. Our goal is to have this position filled soon for training purposes alongside our team to learn the systems and processes before their departure. We are a small business with a family like atmosphere.

Lead Role Description

• Must Be A Highly Skilled Craftsman, Finish Carpenter, and Cabinet Maker
• This is a full-time position, mostly in the Cabinet Shop with occasional field visits/installations
• This is a working management position

Responsibilities

• Manage Custom Cabinet and Millwork Projects Meeting Deadlines
• Set up and Run Woodworking Machinery including CNC Router
• Fabrication of High End Cabinetry and Millwork
• Interpret Detailed Drawings
• Working Closely with our CAD Designers, Finish Department, and General Manager
• Meticulous Maintenance of Shop Equipment and Tools
• Training of Apprentices

Qualifications

• Skilled Craftsman, Cabinet Maker, and Finish Carpenter with some Framing Knowledge
• Experience using Hand Tools, Power Tools and Woodworking Machinery
• Proficiency in Interpreting Designs and Technical Drawings
• Strong Attention to Detail and Excellent Craftsmanship
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Dependable with reliable transportation
• Positive Attitude and ability to take feedback
• Physical stamina and ability to work in varying conditions
• 3 Years Previous Finish Carpentry Experience
• Pride in a job well done
