Duties Responsibilities: ? Assist lead installers in preparing work sites, organizing materials, and cleaning up job sites.
? Learn and support installation of various types of flooring, including carpet, hardwood, tile, and laminate.
? Help with equipment maintenance and setup.
? Lift, carry, and transport materials and equipment.
? Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
? Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Requirements Requirements: ?
Driver?s License: Must have a valid driver?s license and reliable transportation to reach job sites.
?
Physical Stamina: This role involves bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
?
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain a high level of detail in all work.
?
Team-Oriented: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
?
Willingness to Learn: Experience in flooring, carpeting, or construction is helpful but not required ? we?ll train the right candidate!
