We're Hiring: Food & Beverage Manager – SkyBeach Resort.

🌴 Location: Welcome to SkyBeach Resort —a coastal retreat featuring 113 guest rooms across 18 acres of fun and sun , complete with an on-site marina, multiple food & beverage outlets, a sports complex, two pools, a private beach, and more.

🍹 Focus Areas: SkyBar + Grille | Pool & Beach Service | Banquets & Events | South Seas Tapas (Coming Q4 2025)

We're seeking a dynamic, experienced, and hospitality-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead a diverse and exciting range of operations. From laid-back afternoons at SkyBar + Grille , our vibrant beachfront bar, to refined evenings at our soon-to-open South Seas Tapas , this is your opportunity to help shape a standout guest experience across multiple outlets.

What You’ll Oversee

• SkyBar + Grille – support daily operations of our popular beach bar and grill known for casual coastal cuisine, craft cocktails, and unbeatable sunset views.
• Cabana, Day Bed & Poolside F&B Service – Ensure high-quality, seamless food and beverage operations across our pools and private beach, delivering elevated service in relaxed settings.
• Catering & Events Support – Partner with our events team to deliver flawless service for weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions.
• New Concept Launch – Play a key role in launching and managing SouthSeas Tapas , our upscale tapas and cocktail lounge opening Q4 2025, offering a fresh, elevated dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food & beverage management experience in a resort environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated success managing multiple outlets and leading service-driven teams
• Strong skills in organization, communication, budgeting, and operations
• Passionate about innovation, quality, and delivering exceptional guest service

Compensation

• Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
