Buzz Franchise Brands (BFB) is a fast-growing, multi-brand franchising company, and we’re looking for an experienced Franchise Business Coach to join our British Swim School brand team.
This position is based at our company headquarters in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and will report to the Vice President of Operations. The successful candidate will be passionate about advising franchise business owners on how to grow their business and possess a demonstrated track record of success in business operations.

Cultivate and manage relationships with franchisees
Develop annual business plans and budget forecasts
Advise franchisees on performance management and progress against plan
Analyze and interpret income statements
Consult with franchisees to design and implement strategies and tactics to drive business performance across operations, finance, and marketing
Collaborate across the corporate team to ensure consistent support, effective franchisee relationships, and aligned communication
Design and deliver training content
Bachelor's degree (business or finance preferred) or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years experience in franchising, business management, or business consulting
Thorough understanding of income statements and budget development
Analytic with proven problem-solving skills to solve a range of business problems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
