Job Description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to be part of our client's expanding team! Our client is one of Florida's largest home builders and they are seeking a Front Desk Administrative assistant to join their team immediately!

**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS**

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact-warmly greet guests and ensure they feel welcome.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Introduce customers to sales associates and assist in maintaining a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage and track marketing materials and office supply inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked.
  • Maintain and update client records in the traffic system, generating reports as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as distributing contracts, change orders, and other important documents.
  • Support various projects and tasks as assigned by management to help keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • A warm, approachable, and energetic personality.
  • Strong multitasking skills to handle busy moments with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-you enjoy connecting with people!
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage office technology including phones, email, fax, and copy machines.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and assist where needed.
