Reports To: Sales Manager
Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Mon–Thu (1 PM–8 PM) | Sat–Sun (11 AM–6 PM)
Languages: Fluent in Spanish & English (spoken, read, written)
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized, bilingual Front Desk Concierge to support our Luxury Sales & Marketing team in delivering a seamless client experience. This role involves managing sales documentation, maintaining purchaser records, coordinating between agents, clients, and internal teams, and assisting with marketing initiatives to drive project success.
