What You’ll Do

As the Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while creating a welcoming environment for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Experience:
• Greet clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for.
• Answer questions about services and products, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Scheduling & Administration:
• Manage bookings for treatments, ensuring optimal scheduling for clients and staff.
• Maintain a well-organized appointment system, minimizing wait times and maximizing efficiency.
• Oversee front desk operations, ensuring seamless communication between clients and the spa team.
• Sales & Product Promotion:
• Assist with product sales, educating clients about the benefits of our skincare lines and treatments.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling services and products tailored to client needs.
• Team Leadership:
• Train and guide front desk staff, setting high standards for service and professionalism.
• Monitor team performance, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.
• Address any client concerns or escalations promptly and professionally.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a medical spa or luxury wellness environment.
• Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in scheduling software and point-of-sale systems.
• Sales Expertise: Proven ability to drive product and service sales while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
• Customer Focus: A warm, professional demeanor and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate and manage a team with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
