Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL for a Front Desk Supervisor which can grow to Assistant General Management quickly. The Front Desk Supervisor/AGM will be responsible for supervising front desk staff, handling phone calls, performing receptionist duties, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service and more. You will also review reports and create action items to improve the operations of the hotel. You will have to work Front Desk Shifts, you will be customer facing.

• Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry mandatory
• High school diploma and above
• Proficient with Ai & Ai Tools
• Able to create, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
