Job Description

Kind Kiosk is looking for a reliable, tech savvy, and detail-oriented team member to support our shipping and device operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for packing and shipping orders, managing inventory, provisioning and upgrading devices, and ensuring everything we send out is ready to perform right out of the box.

You will gain experience with MDM tools (Hexnode and Esper), device setup and configuration (iOS + Android + card readers), and contribute to the daily operations of a growing startup with nonprofit customers of all shapes and sizes.

This role is an entry level position with plenty of room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders (tablets, card readers, enclosures, kiosk stands, etc.)
• Provision iOS and Android devices using MDM software
• Set up and test devices and card readers prior to shipment
• Track and organize inventory and incoming stock
• Maintain workspace organization and replenish shipping supplies
• Assist with additional operational tasks as needed
• Improve and create workflows and checklists to optimize speed and accuracy

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear procedures
• Comfort using mobile devices and learning new tech tools
• Dependable, organized, and proactive
• Willingness to pitch in and wear multiple hats in a startup environment
• Bonus: IT or technical background, logistics, and desire to work with nonprofits
