Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the facility, from route management and warehouse operations to go-to-market strategy and sales execution
• Understands warehouse logistics and can think like a sales leader
• Guide your team through needs assessments, develop strategic programs, and ensure seamless distribution to our customers
• Manage facilities, drivers, and distributors, and know how to generate demand, drive merchandising, and execute with retailers
• Implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and scalable systems across locations
• Drive P&L performance through labor optimization, cost controls, and operational KPIs
• Track productivity, delivery efficiency, vehicle utilization, and customer service metrics

Candidate Profile:

• Must be entrepreneurial, performance-minded, and comfortable managing both people and processes with a clear focus on volume growth and continuous improvement
• Understanding of both warehouse operations and sales
