Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Sales Manager with negotiation and financing processes, ensuring customers clearly
- Oversee the Used Car Sales department, including inventory acquisition, management, merchandising, pricing, and reconditioning.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience that fosters loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventories.
- Analyze business performance and implement strategies to drive improvements.
- Maintain high involvement in day-to-day dealership operations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven success as a General Sales Manager in automotive retail.
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS.
- Strong leadership and financial acumen, with the ability to drive revenue and profitability.
- Honda experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with technology and automotive systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be 25 years or older for insurance purposes).
Compensation: commissions and bonuses (D.O.E.), ranging from $120,000 to $400,000 per year.
