Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling marketing materials and sales assets. This role will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop high-quality graphics that drive engagement and support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, and brochures.
  • Create visual assets for the sales team, including presentations, one-pagers, and pitch decks.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop engaging campaign visuals.
  • Stay updated on design trends to continuously improve creative strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across various mediums.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.

Skills:

  • Marketing & Sales Asset Design – Experience with brochures, case studies, one-pagers, and presentations.
  • Web & Landing Page Design – Ability to design high-converting PPC and lead generation pages.
  • Brand Consistency & Guidelines – Ensures all design elements align with your company’s branding.
  • Data Visualization – Ability to turn statistics, reports, and case studies into engaging visuals.
  • Experience with B2B & Corporate Design – Understanding of professional, trust-building design rather than consumer-focused visuals.
