Own and scale Aonic’s entire performance‑driven growth engine, heavily powered by AI - everything from the first paid impression to the 100th repeat purchase. You will architect the strategy, build the systems, and lead the team that turns Aonic into the benchmark for D2C excellence.
Growth Strategy & Leadership
Define the holistic, channel‑agnostic growth roadmap; set aggressive acquisition, retention, and LTV targets; manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets with full P&L accountability.
AI-Powered Performance Advertising
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging ad networks using the latest AI solutions. Continuously iterate creative and funnel structure to hit CAC and ROAS goals.
Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
Build and refine high‑impact flows for email, SMS, and push - not just blasts. Leverage segmentation, dynamic content, and predictive modeling to drive repeat revenue.
Data & Analytics Infrastructure
Own pixel/server‑side tracking, attribution modeling, and automated dashboards. Ensure every decision - creative, bid, or cadence - is grounded in clean data.
Conversion Rate Optimization
Lead rapid A/B and multivariate testing on landing pages, PDPs, and checkouts. Marry quantitative insights with compelling UX/UI to lift CVR and AOV.
SEO & Content Hub
Develop our blog and evergreen content strategy, building authority around hydration, protein, and longevity. Drive sustained, high‑intent organic traffic.
Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
Select the right platform, build the program from scratch, recruit high‑quality affiliates/publishers, and manage payouts & compliance.
Marketplace Growth
Own Aonic’s presence on Amazon, Walmart, Thrive Market, and other e‑commerce channels - optimizing listings, ads, and promotions for share of shelf and incremental revenue.
Team Building & Collaboration
Recruit and mentor a cross‑functional team (media buyers, lifecycle specialists, CRO experts, analysts). Partner tightly with Creative, Product, Ops, and the separate Social/Influencer team so every customer touchpoint feels seamless.
Autonomy
You own the growth P&L and will see the direct line between your initiatives and company valuation.
