Job Description

Healthcare Recruiter – Bakersfield, CA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday

We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Bakersfield, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in healthcare recruiting and a strong ability to source, screen, and coordinate candidates efficiently. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with growth potential.

Job Functions:
Screen applications and proactively source healthcare professionals through LinkedIn and other platforms.
Select and engage with qualified candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
Schedule interviews and assist in preparing interview questions and hiring materials.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR personnel to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of recruiting experience in the healthcare industry
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, particularly for healthcare roles.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and credentialing requirements is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
