We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Audiologists or Hearing Aid Specialists to join our team and provide exceptional hearing care services to seniors in retirement home communities and nursing homes . This role focuses on delivering diagnostics and hearing solutions directly to residents, ensuring convenient and accessible care tailored to their unique needs.

This is a hybrid position. Must be local to NJ or NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostics.
• Fit and program hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
• Educate residents and their families on hearing health and the benefits of hearing solutions.
• Collaborate with nursing home staff to schedule appointments and manage care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all healthcare regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and community staff.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist in New Jersey or North Carolina.
• Experience working with elderly populations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to travel to onsite locations within 1 hour of your home.
