Quality Inn - Holbrook, AZ is looking for ONE housekeeping manager to join our team. We are located on 2602 Navajo Blvd. Our ideal candidate is going to make the hotel feel like HOME for our valued guests. We look for candidates who display extreme ownership and comfortable rolling up the sleeves to get things done.

This is a dual role - Laundry Attendant + Housekeeping Manager.

Responsibilities

• Define cleaning processes for the housekeepers in accordance with the property standards
• Define scheduled cleaning processes such as deep cleaning, carpet wash, corridor wash etc. and plan for these activities to be completed regularly
• Train and motivate housekeeping staff to bring their best every day
• Review every single room upon cleaning and provide feedback to the housekeepers as well as fix the issues so our guests have a memorable experience
• Own the quality assurance process for the hotel and ensure all the open items are addressed in a timely manner
• Be a leader housekeepers will look up to and learn from
• This role also requires you to be a laundry attendant - segregating and cleaning the linens and terry

Qualifications

• Prior experience working as housekeeping manager
• Prior experience doing laundry in a hotel setting
