SWBC is seeking talented students to join our College Intern Program in San Antonio, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity for college students who are motivated and eager to learn within their educational field of study.

Essential duties include the following: - Assists the HR Operations and Talent Acquisition teams with various staffing and onboarding processes.
- Conducts research and analysis to identify AI solutions and tools that can enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in HR operations.
- Stays up to date on the latest AI trends and technologies in the HR industry to identify potential opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related program at an accredited university/college.
- Currently or previously taken a class on AI preferred.
- Expected graduation date of December 2024 or later.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) preferred.
- Strong interest in AI technology and its application in HR processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Approachable demeanor and strong motivation to go above and beyond what is asked.
- Capability to multitask and handle multiple projects / tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take direction well from multiple people.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Able to travel locally.
- Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.
