Employment Type: Temporary, Full Time
Job Location: San Antonio, TX
Supervisor: Interim Director Operations/HR Generalist
Internship Description : The HR intern will support the San Antonio site with projects, time and attendance, job descriptions, administrative HR tasks, etc.
Responsibilities:
Ensure job descriptions at all sites are current
File project – creating electronic employee files, scanning all paper files into Paylocity, organizing filing cabinets
Assist with training materials, new hire orientation and onboarding prep, etc
Assist with open enrollment preparation
Assist with HRIS clean-up and analytics (turnover, time to fill, etc.)
HR continuous improvement (checklists, process documents, etc.)
Help with time and attendance, discipline documents, etc
Support recruiting efforts – outreach to universities to develop partnerships
Other projects and duties as assigned
Experience/Qualifications:
Working towards a degree in HR or related field
Interest in a career in HR
Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Time management, managing multiple priorities
Team player
Excellent communication skills
Excellent computer skills
